No. There's no setup fee and no long-term contract — you start with a 7-day free trial, then pay for one period at a time (monthly, 6-month, or yearly for a discount). Nothing renews automatically, so you are never charged again unless you choose to renew.

No sales commission — MenusForge is a flat subscription fee. Cash orders have no extra fees. If you turn on MenusForge Payments for card orders, a platform fee (2.5% plus payment processing fees) applies only to those card transactions.

Your subscription never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then it simply stops and you are not charged again. We email you beforehand so you can renew manually if you want to continue. You can export your full menu to CSV at any time, so your data is never locked in.

Every dish can have both an Arabic and an English name and description, with native right-to-left layout for Arabic. Customers switch between languages with a single tap — the menu shows one language at a time so each version reads perfectly, rather than mixing both on screen.

You choose how customers pay: accept cash on pickup, or turn on MenusForge Payments to accept cards processed securely through Thawani Pay, Oman's local payment gateway. Customers can also add an optional tip at checkout.

Customers can order for dine-in by scanning a table QR code, for takeaway/pickup, or for car pickup — they enter their car description at checkout and tap "I've arrived" when they pull up, which notifies your kitchen instantly. MenusForge doesn't currently support delivery.
