Oman's WhatsApp-first ordering platform

Most restaurant customers in Oman already have WhatsApp open. MenusForge lets a customer browse your bilingual QR menu, build their order with quantities and notes, and send the whole thing — formatted, itemized, in their language — straight to your restaurant's WhatsApp number in one tap. No separate ordering app for them to install, no DMs to piece together by hand.

Formatted, itemized order text

The WhatsApp message is built automatically from the cart — item names, quantities, notes, and total — so nothing gets lost in translation between the menu and the kitchen.

Works alongside the built-in ordering flow

WhatsApp handoff isn't a replacement for checkout — it's an option next to it. Customers can also complete the order fully in the storefront, with live status on the kitchen dashboard.

One number, toggle on or off

Set your WhatsApp number once in settings; the button appears on your storefront automatically. Turn it off any time without touching the rest of your menu.

Frequently asked questions

Does MenusForge use the WhatsApp Business API?+

No. MenusForge opens a pre-filled WhatsApp chat (via a wa.me link) with your restaurant's own WhatsApp number — the same WhatsApp you already use, no Business API application or approval process required.

Can customers still pay online if they order via WhatsApp?+

The WhatsApp order is a handoff of the order details to your restaurant — payment is arranged directly with the customer as you normally would. For online payment, customers can use the built-in storefront checkout with Thawani instead.

Is WhatsApp ordering included in every plan?+

Yes — the WhatsApp order button is available on every MenusForge plan, including the entry Basic plan.
